Shipping, handling and tax are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. So, your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax. Returns & Replacements
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. If you’re not completely happy within 14 days from placing an order with face tanning.com, you’ll receive your money back – no questions asked. After product’s receiving confirmation from our customer service.
In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost including any customs or local taxes.
It is very important that any items that are said to be faulty (or cancelled) are returned to us packed as they arrive to the customer, to ensure they are received unbroken for inspection and testing. No returns will be refunded or changed if sent back in bags or unboxed.
